Elephant Safari8:30am - 5:00pm
Start with an entertaining elephant show at Chiang Dao. Then, ride an elephant up into the hills, to enjoy the mountain view. Ox-Cart riding, bamboo rafting and a relaxing trip to the orchid farm follow.
Culture & History of Chiang Mai9:00am - 5:00pm
You will begin your day at "Wiang Kum Kam", believed to have been built in 1286. It was once the capital of the Lanna Kingdom. There are more than 20 ancient ruins inside and around the city. You will enjoy the sites by way of a horse drawn carriage.
Around noon we will drive up the mountain to visit "Wat Pha That Doi Suthep". Built in 1383, this mountaintop temple has a chedi that houses holy Buddha relics. This temple is 3,520 feet above sea level. It is the perfect place to get a birds eye view of the city.
Then it is on to "Phu Phing Palace". The Royal winter palace Was built in 1962. Its landscaped gardens are decorated with colorful, exotic flowers. We will stop at a waterfall and scenic view point
The last stop is "Wat Chedi Chet Yot". The temple is one of the oldest temples in Chiangmai. The main attractions is a seven – spired square chedi, which was inspired by the design of the phuttakaya stupa in India. More importantly,the stupa contains the ashes of King tilokkarat, a King of the Meng Rai Dynasty who built this temple.
Chiang Rai Tour7:00am - 8:00pm
Visit the Mae Kha Jan hotsprings. Yao and Kho villages (the last Yao hilltribe village left in Thailand). Then, off to Chiang Saen, the first Capital of the Lanna Kingdom (northern Thailand). The Golden Triangle, and the Opium Museum.
Long Neck Karen8:00am - 6:00pm
Visit an orchid farm and butterfly farm, the Chiang Dao cave, the temple on the hilltop at Thaton, and Akha and Karen hill tribes.
Doi Inthanon8:30am - 5:00pm
Doi Inthanon rises 2,565 meters above sea level. It is the highest peak in Thailand. On this tour you will go to Meo and Karen hilltribe villages, see The Royal Project for the hill tribes, visit Thailand's tallest waterfall, and stop off at Mae Klang waterfall.
One Day Trekking in Sampatong8:30am - 5:00pm
Depart Chiang Mai and head south to the Sampatong area. Let an elephant take you up through the hill to the Meo hill tribe village. From there, take a walk through the jungle, before having lunch at a Shan village. Finish out the day with a stop at a waterfall, Karen village, and bamboo rafting along the Mae Wang river.
Lifestyle Adventure Trek8:00am - 6:00pm
You will begin with a forty minute drive north to visit an orchid & butterfly farm. Then continue to "Baan Tong Luang" an eco-agricultural Hilltribe village where you can learn and see the lifestyle of four different tribes
After that we will head to the elephant camp to take a ride through the jungle for 1 hour and then Lunch. After Lunch we'll continue through the jungle by foot to a waterfall to swim and relax. Once fully rested we will walk more for 1 hour to the raft camp and take a white water raft down the river.
There are more then 140 routes for beginning (or not experienced) and experienced climbers.
You can do mountain biking in the mountains, through forest, jungle, plantations and visit hill tribes on your way. You can go on dirt roads or paved road.
In the golden triangle Laos, Myanmar and Thailand come together. Here you can have sceneric views at the Mae Khong river, visit the opium museum, see several hill tribes, like Yao and Akha people and also you can go to the archeological site of Chiang Sean, the first capital of the north.
Visit this historical site. Beautiful. Discover it by bicycle on your own or take the motorized tram.
